I have been in the fitness arena for over twenty five years and have had my share of weight loss and gain. I knew I wasn't alone in my quest. Nearly two thirds of US adults were overweight. A previous market research survey showed the number of people who said "I want to lose 20 pounds" jumped from 54 percent in 1985 to 61 percent in 2005. That's the year I started my fitness business. I wanted to help others who were struggling to lose weight and keep it off.
Fitness is my lifestyle. It is not a temporary fix but a way of life. I believe a person has to 'want it'. My program focus is on the whole person; mind, body and spirit. Most of us can look back and realize how we gained the weight but the problem is we haven't figured out how to lose it. Some cannot do it on their own and I want to help them reach their goals.
People want to see results and to achieve those results, they need motivation, attention and sincerity from their personal trainer. I will stay with them every step of the way and help them make fitness a lifestyle change.
