Here's a testimony from a new client. My favorite exercise

I don't have just one, but if you narrow it down to my top 3 then I would say one of them is the Kettle bell swing, it uses the entire body! Another one is the TRX Atomic pushup and a third one would be Sprints, all kinds short, medium and long sprints.

My training experience

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over seventeen years and I am also the proud owner of a successful personal training business for the past nine years. I establish relationships with customers and design fitness programs for individuals, small groups and classes. I also perform fitness assessments and sell personal training packages. I currently train clients in their homes throughout Howard and Prince George's Counties as well as a private studio in Howard County, MD. I also instruct group exercise classes at a private school three days a week. I specialize in TRX, Kettle bell and conditioning group personal training throughout Howard County, MD.
