About Emily
Hi, my name is Emily! My passion for fitness began at a young age with running and I began weight lifting in college. After a couple years of lifting, I began working with a personal trainer myself and quickly realized that the way I had previously been training was not nearly as effective or efficient as possible. I learned that much of the fitness and nutrition advice I had heard and tried was ineffective and unsustainable. This inspired me to consider how I could take my love for fitness and nutrition to the next level to help educate others on effective training and nutrition. This ultimately led me to become a NASM-certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition L1 nutrition coach. When it comes to both training and nutrition, I believe in a sustainable approach that is both enjoyable and yields results.
