About me

My name is Jaime (she/her) and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. My love for fitness began in middle school as an endurance runner. With an endorphin addiction, I’ve been running through rivers, over hay barrels, and into spider webs ever since. I’ve recovered from many cases of runners' knee, hip flexor tendonitis, and shin splints. My years of running have taught me how to navigate the battle of fitness through injury prevention, hard work, and never giving up. Additionally, while I specialize in endurance training, I fundamentally believe that regardless of how you are working out, all athletes could benefit from some sort of strength training foundation.

Regardless of what equipment you have available, your fitness level, zodiac sign, ability to chew and walk at the same time, my custom-designed programs are tailored to meet my clients goals, desires, and needs. Through progressive stages of training, I meet all levels of clients where they are at, as we go through periods of growth together. With close attention to form and having a good time, I make training fun, easy, and open to everyone.
