Hi! First off - congratulations on finding this page and therefore taking the interest to better your health and fitness. My name is Joey Flood, and I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and teams reach their specific goals. If you're nervous about starting an exercise program due to an injury or pre-existing condition, don't worry - you're in the right place!
I am pleased to offer the convenience of mobile & virtual personal training services. Workout from the comfort of your home, office (if allowed by the building) and/or your favorite outdoor space. With plenty of equipment available, we can design workouts that you enjoy (or at least don't hate!) while also helping you to reach your goal. When you're ready to workout on your own in between sessions, I promise to keep you accountable and remind you to exercise on your chosen days.
I take COVID-19 very seriously and have strict policies in place to ensure the safety of my clients and community. Every client must sign a COVID screening form before each session and consent to a forehead temperature check. A face mask is required at all times except when hydrating.
