About Joyce

I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I've successfully lost more than 70 lbs. and have kept it off for 4 yrs. Now I'm a group fitness instructor and personal trainer and want to help others to reach their weight loss goals!! I know the struggle personally which helps me to better connect with my clients. I have aa special method for training my clients. I don't want to just TELL and SHOW my clients how to get into shape, I want to TEACH and EDUCATE them on what,why and how to do it so that eventually they can become independent of the trainer. My goal is not only to help clients to get the weight off but to also supply them with the tools and confidence to get acclimated into a new lifestyle of cleaner eating and regular exercise. I also teach dance fitness, Cardio kickboxing, Spin, and Body Pump.
