Above all else my training approach is person focused. I want to hear about your goals, motivations, likes and dislikes so we can collaborate on creating the best workout plan, together. I found my love for fitness when I joined a gym after the birth of my second child 12 years ago. I wanted to lose the baby weight and instead a found a whole new person. Now I'm sharing that transforming power of the gym with others as they work toward their unique goals. I'm both a runner and a weight lifter and I've done several marathons and Ragnar relays.
