Karen Raucher is a personal trainer with over 20 years in the fitness industry. I train clients in my studio in Ellicott City, Maryland as well as in the comfort of your home. I design workouts specific to your needs and fitness level. I can help you get stronger, tone and healthy. With my guidance you can lose weight and feel better about yourself. My sessions are one hour in length and include cardiovascular training, weight training/toning, core training and nutritional guidance.

I had a client that needed to lose weight for her wedding. The day of her wedding she went from a size 10 to a size 4. She was ecstatic that on her honeymoon she could wear a bikini and look amazing.

I have over 25 years in the fitness industry. I was a manager at a women's gym and taught classes as well as one on one personal training. I have owned my studio for over 10 years. Many of my clients are still training with me.
