About Minerva

I am an NFPT Certified Personal Trainer with a background education in human anatomy and physiology. I enter the personal training field to understand the science behind exercising and learn to prepare a proper exercise program that could help me and others achieve their health/wellness goals. I believe exercise is one of the key elements to continuous health and a mechanism to fight illnesses. My objective is to help people get more active, improve their lifestyles and make sustainable changes in order to bring health into their lives. My focus is the beginners, general fitness and special clients with chronic illnesses. Adding life to our years every single day is my motto! I am bilingual English and Spanish.
