About Rick
was a former High School (St. Vincent Pallotti '98) and College (Marist '02) standout in basketball who fell in love with athletics as a child. As a former Police, I trained Police Officer Candidates in 2011. In 2013, I became a Certified Trainer and retired one year later from the Police Department. Over the years, I've trained athletes, men, women, the young and old with success. The main focus of SmithStrong Fitness and Skills training is to get clients to develop strength, better movement patterns and become confident in athletics.
