Taking a cancer survivor from barely being able to get around the house to running a 5k. It took about a year, but now they are working out 5-6 days a week and have become a gym rat.
My favorite exercise
Lateral tube walk - gets gluets, posture, core, and helps with knees issues/hip issues. This not only will increase athletic function but will reduce pain going up and down steps.
