My favorite exercise
Soooo many. Almost any compound exercise is a favorite of mine. But... if I had to pick one... It would be a squat to an overhead press... This exercise is the holy grail for total body strength and building explosive power.

My training philosophy
Strength + cardio. There is no way around it. Both strength training and cardio are important in achieving the results you want. Specific programming based on your goals will determine the right mix... but, both are essential.
My training experience
I've trained clients in big box gyms and boutique fitness centers. I've coached clients in classes such as OrangeTheory Fitness, Les Mills Body Pump and CycleBar. My personal training experience includes lots of long-distance running, including qualifying for and running in the Boston Marathon and quick but effective strength training.
