I'm here to help you achieve your goals! I offer a wide array of services ranging from Personal Training & Group Fitness classes, to Dance Instruction & Choreography, and Life Coaching/Mentorship. Each session is catered to the individual client based on their needs, interests, and personal goals. I take pride in my ability to be versatile and adaptive to ensure you get the best of everything I can offer. My repertoire of services allow me to offer you a full-package deal which includes tools and assistance to help you achieve bigger goals than the single-faceted dance, fitness or life coach could.
I have an extensive dance background, beginning with ballet at the age of 2, and adding other styles (i.e. jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, etc) throughout my youth and beyond. Through this training, I was introduced to various mind body classes, including Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation, which have continued to be a central pillar in my own training. In addition to professional ballet performance experience, I performed with both college and professional Dance Teams for several years. In addition to dancing, I am an avid athlete and love being outdoors--especially on the beach. I find being physically active rejuvenating and enjoy pushing myself and others to reach beyond our perceived limits in every aspect of mind and body. I strive to make health and fitness FUN and ENERGIZING for all and love the process of helping each client accomplish their goals.
I grew up in Massachusetts and have spent the majority of my life in New England. My mom was a teacher and school administrator, and my dad is a carpenter. Including step-siblings, I am the third of eight children. My mom passed away from breast cancer when I was 23 and her passing, understandably, had a massive impact on me and my life; inspiring me to live a happy life to the fullest and help others do the same. I am a dance and fitness enthusiast and have "found my calling" in pursuing a career in the Health & Wellness industry that incorporates dance, fitness, mental health, and life coaching/mentorship. Prior to pursuing this career, I held positions in a variety of fields-- including Emergency Medical Technician and Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer. I recently adopted two kittens, Luna and Helios (“Leo”). They are litter-mates and have been such a joy to raise! In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, sailing, fishing, kayaking, being outside and active, doing arts & crafts, and spending time with the people I love.

My training philosophy
I focus on the client and making sure I am doing everything I can to help them reach their goals in the most safe and effective way possible. Our work together is about them and their needs so clients should expect to feel seen, heard & respected at every step along the way. I understand the ups and downs of daily life and I have personally struggled with mental illness so I understand how difficult it can be to adopt a healthy lifestyle. I meet my clients where they are each day— providing a safe place on difficult days and helping them push their limits on good days. I also work with clients to make sure they understand how to continue progressing towards their goals between sessions and offer accountability assistance for those who want to make sure they stay on track.
My training experience
I have worked with clients of every stage in life including youth groups, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I've had clients who are healthy and clients who struggle with obesity, mental illness, or are recovering from injury. I've had clients who hate the gym/fitness and I've had clients who are extremely comfortable in the gym and are looking for that extra push or to mix up their routine. I've had bride-to-be's, pre-professional dancers, people who just don't want to work out on their own or who prefer to work out at their home or office.
In addition to working with clients one-on-one, I have lead group classes focusing on common goals including relieving low back pain and increasing core strength. I ran a boot camp class, I have taught countless dance classes for both recreational and pre-professional dancers, including dance conditioning.
