I am a Health Promotion and Fitness Pro living in Boston. I have been a certified Personal Trainer since 2014 and also have a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University. I have had particular success working with mature populations, runners, people with osteoporosis, chronic pain, and pre/post natal women.
