About Sara
Sara began personal training in a small group setting during college at a private studio while completing her undergrad in Athletic Training. After graduating, she moved on to work with clients one on one to provide more individualized programming. Sara specializes in corrective exercise and injury prevention/rehabilitation, and pulls from her background in athletic training to help clients achieve their goals. Outside of this Sara also has experience working with a variety of populations/ training goals including olympic weightlifting, weight loss and strength training/ conditioning.
