With each of my services I will have a consultation with the client, where we will discuss goals, current fitness level, etc. Upon completion I will develop a customized program that best suites the specific needs for that individual. All clients both 1 on 1 and Online, will be given a nutrition plan, and we will carefully map out the proper steps to take to achieve their goals. We will track progress via weight, measurements, and pictures to ensure every facet is aligned with the desired goals. I stay in constant communication with all of my clients, and provide motivation and encouragement every step of the way. I feel Personal Training should be just that, "personal", many people tend to provide "cookie cutter" programs and the clients individual needs, preferences, and goals are all pushed aside. It's important to implement the components as a lifestyle to ensure it will be sustainable. With proper coaching and hard work no goal is out of reach!

I believe mental, physical, and spiritual strength are all interconnected. Through drive and determination all of these components can improve the overall quality of life.

I take the guesswork out of health and fitness for you. 


I do not provide generic programs or unrealistic nutrition plans. I do not expect you to live like me or change your lifestyle. I understand I live in a fitness bubble surrounded by similar people and you have other things to worry about and arent going to eat chicken and broccoli 3 times a day.


The only program that is going to work is the program you can adhere to.


The college athlete that wants to get stronger and leaner and has plenty of free time to train is going to have a much different program then the business man is his 40s with the same goals but has 3 kids, works 50 hrs a week and coaches T-ball. They both will achieve that goals but get their in different ways.
