My favorite client story is centered on Fabianny Inoa's journey, is one of dedication and transformation. When Fabianny first came to me, she was looking to improve her fitness and take control of her health. With the right guidance, she embraced both the workout routines and nutrition plans designed specifically for her goals. Week by week, she faced each challenge head-on, gradually building not only strength but also a resilient mindset.

My favorite exercise

The deadlift it’s a powerhouse movement that builds full-body strength like no other. I like how it works multiple muscle groups at once, targeting the back, glutes, hamstrings, and core, which are essential for both strength and stability. The deadlift is also functional—its benefits translate to everyday activities, helping clients improve their posture, reduce injury risk, and gain real-life strength.

I also love that deadlifts boost confidence. There’s something empowering about lifting heavy weights off the ground, and I see how it makes my clients feel strong and accomplished. Plus, the deadlift is versatile; I can adjust it to fit each client’s level, making it accessible for beginners yet challenging for seasoned lifters.
