I was a student track and field athlete for 3 yrs. Main events were triple and long jump. Also participated in the throwing and sprinting events. Through my years of being an athlete, I have had multiple injuries including shoulder sprain, knee pain, fractured ankle, lower back pain, shin splint. These all thought me how to deal with injuries, exercises to do to promote recovery and also exercises to avoid. I decided to go into personal training because I want to be able to reach a large population and teach the importance of health and self care, beyond physical looks.


How to stay active and still work towards achieving the goals we set for our selves? As challenging as this may be during this COVID-19 period, it is not impossible. 

Now scheduling FaceTime sessions at your best convenience to further discuss the possibility of training from home. During the FT conversation, we would talk about what equipments you may have available (body weight exercises are also effective and ideal with high reps if we don’t have any weights or bands and don’t want to purchase any), the living space that can be used during the workout (may also be outdoors) and how to navigate working out via FT for those of us that may not already be familiar with how this works.
