Since 2016, I’ve been on a mission to redefine what wellness looks and feels like for people who wish to improve their physical and mental health through movement.
Regardless of their size and stature, I believe that if you want things that you've never had, you have to do things that you've never done. Expect to be trained with compassion and precision by a woman who understands that different bodies have different body needs. From large group classes to one-on-one sessions with expecting mothers, I have over 3 years of experience as a trainer, aerobics instructor and accountability partner to a multitude of clients and brands.
Fun Fact: I am very passionate about fitness and became a trainer to combat my struggles with anxiety.
