David is a NASM certified personal trainer, with twenty-eight years of martial arts experience. He also holds a B.A in Psychology. Also has done work at Landmark Worldwide.

My favorite client story
I used to to work with this 79 years young man who had a stroke, he was always not in the mood to workout, being most important for him. He was difficult to work with at first, but I had motivated him to see what it will look like for him to regain partial function of his body. He was all in.

My favorite exercise is the kettle swing. Working on dynamic hamstring development, and martial arts

My training experience
I was a professional kyokushin karate fighter, having won many tournaments for 10 years. After competing and training for so many years, I decided to train others in martial arts, kettle bells, weight loss, pre and post natal exercise.
