I studied movement science at York College where I received my Bachelors in Movement Science. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Physical Education at Manhattanville College.
While pursuing my undergrad degree in 2011, i obtained my personal training certification through NASM and began my personal training career with the YMCA and NYSC’s at the union square and Mercer St location.
I am proficient in various training methods to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. If a client would be interested, i can incorporate boxing, kickboxing, or muay thai training practices into our personal training session.
My number one priority with clients is to train clients safetly and efforts. What works for one client will not always work for the next as every client is different. I have worked with youth as young as 13, to seniors that are in their mid 60’s.
