About Isma

Isma is a certified and experienced one-on-one training and boot camps trainer who draws on her own personal fitness journey to understand and relate to her clients challenges, to maximize workout efficiency she designs an individualized plan for each client.

Holistic health and fitness is an approach that incorporates both the traditional aspects of physical fitness, such as aerobic capacity, strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, finding balance, corrective exercises and increasing energy, while also attending to the nutritional which englobe nutrition supplements and weight management, psychological approach as motivation for clients, sports medicine contributions.
