About Kenny

My obsession with understanding exactly what you  want to look and feel like, and maximizing results via methods that work, separates me from the pack. Whether someone is looking to completely transform their physique, build a sustainable exercise routine, or coming back from an injury, I will meet you where you're at. I also offers client's a unique combination of strength training and boxing for anyone looking to mix things up, have fun, and burn fat. Let's build a sustainable exercise routine - something that works for you in the long term.

My favorite exercise

First I want to stress that I have no "favorite" for everyone. Exercise selection for all of my clients is very individual. It is based on their goal and past and current injuries but if I had to pick one it's be the front barbell squat! I love this exercise because it is a very safe way to work the entire upper and lower body. When I introduce this exercise to someone who's been experiencing pain when doing back squats, they're shocked at how little stress it puts on their lower back and how much more work it is for their legs and core.

My favorite quote

“A calm and modest life brings more happiness than the pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness."
