About Nathan

My name is Nate Ortiz, I attended Delaware State University where I played Division 1 football under a full scholarship and graduated college with a degree in Movement Science and Strength and Conditioning. My whole life I've educated myself in the field of fitness. I have studied the body and all its capable of. I will like to detach myself from other trainers because I have suffered a lot in life with my weight and overall health. Through all my trial and errors i made sure to take notes in order to provide the right help for others.

I assure all my clients that no matter what their overall goal is, that together we will reach it. I'm always there for my clients every step of the way, I teach them more than just what they book me for... They learn lessons that they can use in their everyday life. I can help transform anyone, regardless of their body goal... From poor body posture, weight loss, bulking, shredding etc.

Where do I even start? Nate has been a major blessing in my life ever since I met him. I've always had a weight issue ever since I was born and almost everyone in my family has Diabetes. Nate took me on as one of his clients when I was depressed, broke, and around 280lbs. At first, I was afraid to ask him for fitness/nutrition help because I struggle with social anxiety and I was afraid to open up to him about why I gained so much weight. I was super embarrassed about the way that I looked so I avoided taking pictures and going out. After my consultation, I've never felt so comfortable in my life! Nate shared with me his personal story about his weight gain and depression and from then I knew that I could get out of what I was going through. He taught me how to use a food tracking app, how much calories to intake daily in order to lose weight, how intermittent fasting can help me with my weight loss goals, etc. I loved working out with him because he would even give me random motivational speeches throughout our sessions. This helped me so much! I became a completely new person after training with Nate! I lost over 100lbs, booked a Nike Commercial, "She's Gotta Have It" Netflix Series as an extra, and an upcoming magazine feature. These are some of the things I've always wanted to do but I never had the confidence to think that I could actually do it. Watching Nate transform on Youtube and in person is what really gave me the extra push of motivation to go out and follow my dreams as well. He is the most caring person ever. I used to have so much anxiety going to the gym and now it's going away because I know what I'm doing and I love how I look.
