Peter’s lifelong passion for sport and training has led him to complete a Masters in Sports Performance and is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA. After managing a facility in his home county he decided that he would choose to further his career, continue his evolution as a trainer and refine his skills and knowledge here in New York City. During his career to date, Peter has trained a diverse clientele, from weight loss clients, sports teams and individuals preparing for specific sports events and also those wishing look to and feel better. He has experience with of professional sport after spending spells with Manchester City and Queens Park Rangers in the English Premier League of soccer. He is also very dedicated to keeping up with the latest literature regarding training and health and is constantly striving to further his qualifications and expertise.
My favorite client story
So a lady in her late 40s came to me overweight and with chronic pain in her neck, back and knee. So first thing we worked on was getting her moving without pain through increased strength and mobility work. We then focused on her nutrition and building her conditioning when she was physically ready and after 6 months she was pain free and had lost over 30lbs and able to dance, walk with family and play with her children again. Life changing I think you'll agree!

My training philosophy
I believe in getting people moving better, feeling functionally stronger and more powerful and building their fitness through utilizing and improving the capacity all of there energy systems, this will in turn may you look good naked! It doesn't matter if you are an athlete training for a competition or a weight loss client the scientific principles are the same. It's also good to have a bit of fun and enjoy the company of your trainer too so building a good relationship as important as anything as no one wants to work with someone you is just a hard ass or much too serious all the time!
