I believe that there is no one "right" way to do things to achieve your fitness goals and my job is to help a person find his own strategy that will work best for him/her! I love to see bodies and minds transform and to be a part of it. As a personal trainer, I want to share my passion for exercise and show clients what their body is capable of. My role is to make every single workout enjoyable and safe and to show clients that fitness is a lifelong goal rather than a short-term fix. In my approach I focus on mind/body connection, using correct form, proper technique, preventing injuries and improving physical performance outside the gym for a better quality of life. I have 2 years of experience in a boutique studio environment with highest quality of service and customer service requirements. I've worked with special population (senior,pregnant) conducting one-on-one and small groups sessions, providing exceptional attention to details and clients' needs.
