My Name Daniel Farray A trainer from Queens who has a passion for Fitness and Health. After witnessing first hand from my father becoming very sick from illnesses that could have been avoided with proper nutrition and staying active it gave me the motivation to dedicate my life to helping individuals who need direction, help , and support to achieve their goals both physically and mentally. As a personal trainer my job is not only to physically train your body, but to help you mentally stay focused on your bodies physical needs. Everyone has many priorities and some times we can choose to not make our bodies one of them. As your trainer I do just that and make your body a priority by training , guiding, and supporting you on your fitness journey. I am certified in corrective exercise and take posture very seriously because when neglected can lead to pain and injury. I also specialize in weight loss and strength training. I love what I do and it is my passion and I would Love to share it by helping you to meet your goals.
