This approach is essential in transforming your body and improving your overall well-being. Our bodies have different needs on a daily basis and I factor this into our training sessions. While I try to ensure no two training session are 100% identical to keep things interesting, we will consistently work on fundamental movement patterns using a wide range of modalities such as bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, TRX, and more. This versatility ensures continuous progress and strength development, regardless of the available tools. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to embrace fitness as a lifestyle.
ABOUT ME: I am a Certified Personal Trainer with more than a decade of coaching experience. Beyond my professional expertise, I passionately embrace a vegan lifestyle, which I have been practicing since 2010. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping numerous clients in enhancing their health and fitness through personalized one-on-one training sessions. In my own fitness journey, I enjoy strength training, practicing yoga, Pilates, running, walking, and hiking.

My favorite client story
I have several! Helping one client achieve her first chin-up; Helping another client achieve a sustainable 25lb weight loss over several months by training 3 days a week and making dietary changes; Inspiring another client to transition to a plant-based diet!
My favorite exercise
Believe or not, my favorite exercise is walking! I also enjoy sprinting, boxing, and strength movements such as kettlebell swings, Turkish get-ups, barbell squats, barbell deadlifts, bench press, and pull-ups. While I do incorporate these movements into my training, I am currently finding pleasure in flexibility training.

I trained with Darlene for about a year... She has changed my life immensely! She works hard on her own body and takes care of herself.
