Hello to all! My name is Sal Vitale. I am a National Academy of Sports medicine (N.A.S.A) certified personal trainer. I specialize in weight loss, resistance training, joint stability and youth training. As far back as I remember, I have always been physically fit and always manage to stay in good health whether I am playing sports, enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking/swimming/biking and walking over 10 miles a day on our family trip to Disney World. I was doing cardio and resistance training and have fell in love with being healthy and feeling strong. Training my family and friends is what led me to become a personal trainer. Working with them and seeing their transformation gave me an incredible sense of satisfaction! I knew then I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. Had several sessions with Sal already and have enjoyed the time training with him. As a 56yo female with osteoporosis, it’s critical that I work with a trainer that can demonstrate moves that will prevent injury, but also push me to reach a level that works for me physically and mentally. Sal does a great job explaining the moves as well as building a plan that targets all muscle groups. He is also flexible with schedule /accommodating to my needs and very responsive!

I’ve been training with Sal for years. He’s a very personable and charismatic trainer that motivates you to be in the best shape you can be.
