I fell in love with fitness when I was about 12 years old. I've tried everything from calisthenics, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and now strong man. I have a very in depth understanding of how the body works and I strive to become better every day at the profession I love. I specialize in body composition (lose fat gain muscle) but can also train athletes up to the High school level. My ideal client is one that not only wants to add more muscle, but more strength and stability as well.

My training philosophy
Train your big lifts to be strong first before we worry about putting on muscle. By learning to do all of your basic human movement patterns well, you will be ready to focus on other aspects of your training.
My training experience
I've trained calisthenics exclusively, trained bodybuilding, trained power lifting, and recently trained for strongman. At the heart of all that was always on good human movement patterns.
