I have been in and around the fitness industry for 20 years. I have gained knowledge and experience in areas such as CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance training, HIIT, behavior change, and corrective exercise. I have a passion for helping people change their lives so that they are able to live them to the fullest!
