About Stacy

Stacy Rhea has devoted her entire career to health, fitness, wellness and sharing her extensive knowledge in these areas with others. Stacy began her career as a personal trainer and founder of Unique Contours Training and Nutrition, where she served hundreds of clients throughout the Northeast Ohio area; her clients benefited
from the unique idea to develop a motivational journal to help them stay focused.

Stacy has also served as an on-air fitness consultant for NBC affiliate, WPXI-TV in Pittsburgh, Penn. Stacy developed a strong professional and scientific foundation for her fitness pursuits through her work with Muscle Media/E.A.S., where she collaborated with medical professionals, coaches and athletes regarding the use of dietary and sport-specific supplements, effective resistance training and nutritional habits for weight loss and muscle growth.

Stacy’s writing accomplishments include contributions to, Energy for Women,, as well as serving as Editor of Ohio Sports & Fitness magazine. Her work as Director of Public Relations for Fitness Together, the world’s largest personal training franchise, Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for Fleet Feet Cleveland, a running, walking and multi-sport specialty store chain, and now Director of fitness and wellness, Grow With Me Yoga + Fitness allows her to apply her fitness expertise directly with clients and develop programs that help them reach their goals.

Stacy has more than 13 years experience participating, coaching and racing in multi-sport events such as triathlons, short and long course, on- and off-road cycling events, mountain biking and cyclocross, as well as on-off-road running, 5Ks to 50Ks.

Nearest to her heart, and her most sincere personal expression of her enthusiasm for helping women be their absolute best – physically and mentally – is Stacy’s founding of Grunt Girl Racing, an all-female multi-discipline sport organization.
