About Jonathan

When it comes to reaching fitness goals, each person is different. I am trainer that likes to work with my clients on many levels to understand exactly what they are going through and what they would like to accomplish. Although individual variance is always a factor with clients, my training philosophy is the same, which is slow and steady. It is important to me that we not only reach your goals but to maintain them and create good habits and a new lifestyle. I have a background in playing soccer and played at the community college level in Saratoga, CA. I started weight lifting 10 years ago and since then I have fallen in love with fitness and wellness (they are different). I have a Bachelors in Kinesiology from San Jose State University, and currently work as a personal trainer at Stanford University. Let me earn your trust as your personal trainer.
