30 years ago my fitness journey began, like most, there were periods of highs and lows. It was not until I suffered an injury at work that my transformation to a better me led me to a progressive wellness journey. My love for fitness, a desire to work on “me”, and a passion to help others was the cornerstone for doing what I do now in personal training. Every day is a new day. At Find a Way (F.A.W.-Fitness), breaking barriers and overcoming obstacles is as much about physical as it is mental.

I look forward to the camaraderie during class and also the exercises that foster self confidence and a healthier and active lifestyle. Options: Nanci always gives options on how to do exercises in ways that avoid injury. Her approach to Just Keep Moving, has done just that, and I love it!
