Hi y’all! My name is Andrew Crandall and I am here to have a good time. I’m not your tradition drill Sargent, yell in your face type trainers. With me, we have fun! I like to be creative, challenging and push you to reach your full potential! Having training for 3 years now, I have worked with a wide range of clients. Young, older, healthy, recovering from injury; you name it I’ve likely seen it! If you’re looking for a change, I’m your man! Let’s take the next step together and reach for the stars!

My favorite client story

I had a client come to me when I was working for a company and tell me it took him over 30 minutes to even walk into the gym because he was so nervous. Flash forward to a year later and this client is happy as he has ever been. He is down 40 pounds, and walks into the gym with a ton of confidence. It is something I will always cherish seeing the look on his face every time we hit a new goal. Things like that push me to push the next client to have a similar story.

My favorite exercise

This one is hard for me because I have a few. I really enjoy training for sports, as well as training for aesthetics. I would say my favorite exercise is the cable kickback for my triceps. I do not know what it is but I always feel a great pump from this exercise and always include it when I work Triceps!

My favorite quote

My training philosophy

My philosophy is simple. I want to train the clients to be the best they can be mentally and physically. through fun and challenging exercise, to being a good listener, I want my clients to come out of this experience better than when they started.

My training experience

My training experience has had a lot of ups and downs, but unfortunately many more downs. I am blessed to be healthy and happy and can push myself to extreme limits. Unfortunately I have dealt with some injuries that have derailed or stalled my training career. Most recently I suffered a torn labrum in my shoulder. It has been a process coming back from that and I am finally getting back into training the way I want to train. And thats all we can do. When things hit the fan, all we can do is smile, let the hard times pass, and then get back to work!
