Kut X Kay Fitness LLC is looking for women, beginner or former athletes, who are ready to create consistency and feel better overall using fitness as a tool to get there. Specializing in strength and conditioning training programs that are going to help you loose fat and develop strength to make you feel confident and sexy! My name is Kalene Parker (pronounced Kay-len) and I am originally from Columbia, SC. I moved to Charleston for school, attending the College of Charleston, and decided to stay after I graduated. I have a huge passion and joy for serving and educating individuals in areas that are not common knowledge. Fitness is one of those areas where if you did not grow up around athletes, playing a sport, study it in school, or learn it on your own, it's not something everyone will know and understand. My goal is to coach as many women as possible in helping them truly understand fitness as a lifestyle change and not about quick fixes. Fitness is about growth and positive changes within yourself, getting stronger, and feeling vibrant! My coaching background and experience come from interning at Foundation Fit Cross Fit and coaching youth gymnastics at GAC during my years in undergrad. Post college I went on to become an independent personal trainer and later became the Head Trainer at the Burn Boot Camp location in Mount Pleasant, SC. At the end of 2020 I decided to step back into the independent training scene. I am eager to help the beautiful ladies out here who are ready to commit to a life of health, confidence, and over all fitness!
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise would be a push up. It's full body (core, glute stability, all upper body, breath work.) As a women we are naturally at an upper body strength disadvantage so repping out push up after push up with good form gives me a boost! It's something that I could not do in the past so now that I'm very good at them I love doing them!

There is power in the number 1. One rep, one set, one training session, one healthy meal, one extra cup of water etc are all building blocks to take your health and fitness to the next level. You only fail if you never take ONE step.
