About Barbara

I am NASM Certified in both Personal Training and Weight Loss. I am also finishing up my Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences - Healthy Lifestyles Coaching. My goal is to not only teach my clients, but to give them the necessary tools to be able to continue to live a healthy, active life once our time together is over.

I believe in empowering people to be able to make the necessary changes in order to live a healthy, fit life.


My favorite client story

I had a young female client who wanted to join the military, but was too out of shape and overweight. I worked with her for several months and watched her transform from couch potato to being able to pass the requirements to join the military. Before she shipped to basic training, I took her to her very first 5K run and she placed 2nd for her age group! She was beyond thrilled that she won anything!

So many to choose from, but if I had to pick just one, I'd have to say outdoor running, trail runs in particular!
