Jason is the best trainer I’ve ever had and there have been several! He’s very knowledgeable regarding exercise as well as the nutritional aspects f fitness. He also keeps personal limits in mind and makes adjustments as needed without doing it in a way that undermines your confidence. I rarely make recommendations and I’m happy to make this one.
