About Jason

Retired from the Army Veteran of 24 years. Looking to help others lose weight, get in shape or just keep physically fit. I love to help others as get into better shape and learn better ways to do it. Fitness is my passion and I love learning how to get better at it everyday. I am an ISSA-Certified Fitness Professional, holding Certifications in Fitness Training, Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Bodybuilding Specialist. I can help you set realistic goals and transform your health and your life for the better. I can help you look and feel your best all while helping you enjoy yourself along the way.


My favorite client story

Currently training 3 ladies that work at SLED (SC Law Enforcement Division) and we train at Seven Oaks Park in the Harbison Area. We conduct circuit/interval training as well as High Intensity Interval Training to support fat loss and they tell me they really enjoy their training and have fun pushing each other to get better and work together to eat clean daily!!

I trained Soldiers in the Army for the majority of my 24 years and it has been a seamless transition to training clients to help them on their journey to lose weight, gain muscle and overall feel better.
