About Bob

I have been a personal trainer/coach for 10+ years now. I have trained people of all ages but my favorite group to work with are those who are 40+. As a member of that age group, I enjoy teaching them how to have a healthy lifestyle and maintain a fit body. My programs are always based on what the client feels is important to reach their fitness goals. Your training program should be fun and also effective to help you to achieve those goals. I also teach group fitness programs as well. I apply the same philosophy to my group programs, as I do to my one on one clients. The rate listed on this site only applies to training in my studio in Little Elm.   I only train within a 9 mile radius of Little Ellm but the rate is $49.00 per session if I travel to your location.


My favorite client story

The comment below this is from a client of mine that started out at 207 lbs. This great lady had what it takes to make change and got down to 148 lbs. for her wedding. This was early on in her fitness journey with me. We had some ups and downs but she stayed with the program. That is what it takes, if you really want to change. "I'm wearing a shirt today that I haven't worn in 3 years! LOVE IT! and my old jeans that I can wear again... they are starting to sag and bag now :) ...as of today I'm down a total of 19 pounds but I hope that tomorrow's scale reading says an even 20! .couldn't do it without you! --. My favorite exercise

This would be an impossible question to answer. I like so many different types of exercise, so I can't really pick just one. People need variety in their training programs in order to get the best results.
