Brennah Marshall
VerifiedAbout Brennah
Hey y'all, my name is Brennah Marshall. Growing up, I was always active in sports and fitness. I played soccer and took gymnastics. In middle school, I ran track and cross country. Throughout my childhood, I participated in competitive cheerleading. After graduating high school, I took to weight lifting and HIIT training. Flash forward to now, I am a personal trainer with a specialization in functional fitness. I am also a special education teacher during the day, which makes me a great trainer for those with special needs! I have been training in local gyms including Anytime Fitness and LA fitness for the past few years but I am ready to train independently now that I have a wealth of knowledge and experience. A typical session will be about 30-45 minutes and will be catered to individual goals/abilities. In addition, I offer basic nutritional advice such as macro-nutrient/caloric breakdown. If you are looking for a passionate, encouraging, and educated fitness professional, I'm your gal :)
