I'm a retired registered nurse and mother of four with a lifelong passion for fitness. Not content to spend my golden years chasing dust bunnies and vacuuming up dog hair, I completed an online course in Advanced Personal Fitness Training and obtained ACE certification as a Personal Trainer and as a Group Fitness Instructor. I am currently employed at a gym, both training clients and teaching group classes, and I am launching my own business as a mobile personal trainer. I provide functional training to clients of all fitness levels, 30 or 60 minute sessions in your home, my home, or an outdoor location of your choice.
