About I

I have always had a love for health and wellness. I was driven to earn the certificate due to my own fitness journey and experiences over the past 6 years. Previously, I had the pleasure of being coached by powerlifting coaches, bodybuilding coaches, and most recently a functional personal trainer. Each one has taught me something new and helped me grow my love for weightlifting and fitness.

I knew with my strong background in massage therapy, nutrition coaching, and yoga, the next practical step was to become a personal trainer.

Currently, I am working on a certificate through Girls Gone Strong to learn to work more efficiently with women and the health issues we endure as we age.
