About Jacob

Passion is what drives us to become better. I'm very passionate with my training and enjoy seeing clients better themselves week after week. I provide a fun educating experience that allows the client to see results, and enjoy their workouts.

I approach every client differently. Fact is every client has different fitness goals, so workouts need to be tailored accordingly. With a positive mindset, a solid nutritional plan and a consistent work ethic the client will constantly see results month in and month out.


My favorite client story

I have dozens of client success stories. Ill share one that always helps motivate myself. I have a 52 year old man with scoliosis, not to mention battling alcoholism. He came to me tired of "trying it on his own" and decided to make a commitment to changing his lifestyle. His routine of going to the local pub 3 days a week at happy hour had changed by training with myself 3 days a week for 60min. Within the first 4 weeks he dropped 7% in body fat, lost 12lbs. of fat and gained 4lbs. of lean muscle. He was amazed, and never looked back. Currently 4 years later now on a 4 day a week regiment he still continues to better himself daily. He hasn't had a drink in 3 of those years. Proud to have him as a current client and a friend.

My favorite exercise

Burpee to shoulder press. Or the modified version is Squat thrust to shoulder press. Great full body exercise that will get your blood flowing, not to mention more than and handful of muscle groups working together to perform a very functional movement.

My training experience

I'm a Houston-based trainer with over 10 years of experience in weight loss, sport performance, as well as corrective exercises.I attended the University of Houston on a track and field scholarship, and I also fulfilled a 2 year internship under then head strength and conditioning coach Dale Jones. The background that I have, has made my training methods effective as well as fun and rewarding for my clients. I know what it's like to have someone correct, educate, and praise you for your results along the way. With consistency, proper nutrition, and tailored routines, your results are limitless.
