I've been in the fitness/wellness industry for 10 years, working with clients aged 14 to 90 years. I have training and experience in numerous exercise formats, including strength training, aquatics, indoor cycling, core training, and balance and flexibility. My goal as a professional is enable people to feel stronger, more capable, and more comfortable in their bodies, to function better in their daily lives, and to establish lasting habits that are consistent with their individual goals.
