About Katie

Hello there! I am so happy to meet you! I've been in the fitness world since 2012 taking group exercise classes, workout out myself, participating in 5k runs and mini triathlons. I got inspired to become a personal trainer in 2017 and started taking clients in 2018. Since then I've taught group exercise classes with MOSSA and Silver Sneakers and worked with many personal training clients. I've worked at a YMCA, Anytime Fitness, Senior Living Center, 24 Hour Fitness, personal gym of a friend of mine and now work part time at the gym a part of the apartment complex where I live. Fitness and nutrition are FUN! And partnered with mindset coaching there's nothing you can't do. I make fitness something you can take on yourself.
