Are you new to working out and don’t know where to start? I can teach you proper form and technique. Together, we will set realistic goals and effectively manage your results. We will start from your current fitness level and work up a plan that will meet your goals depending on whether that is weight loss, muscle gain, balance and strength training, flexibility, endurance or simple toning. Your program will include a variety of sessions so that your body does not acclimate to an anticipated exercise routine, thereby preventing the plateau effect that becomes the main reason that many people stop training. In each session, you will be coached on intensity, correct posture, proper breathing and your ideal pace. Your individual program will take into consideration your availability and financial concerns. Nutrition is a key element in any training program, but that does not mean you have to starve yourself of some of your favorite foods. I will guide you to a more nutritional and healthy way of eating without sacrifice while enjoying each meal. Proper exercise and nutrition will lead to a better self-worth in mind and body and could possibly lead to other benefits as well. Some additional benefits of proper training could be that some people have no longer needed blood pressure medication or other prescriptions. My schedule is flexible and my goal is to see that you reach your realistic goals in mind and body.
