I started CrossFit after gaining weight with job changes. I am in healthcare and I know personally, how to combat diseases and prevent worsening of symptoms and fitness is the most UNUSED word we have. We need more activist for the fitness industry and more insurance coverage for the community! BCBS taking the initiative to implement and encourage people to reconsider their routines is the first step to debunking the fear patients have when it comes to walking into a gym/wellness studio.
