About Miguel

I have been into sports and fitness since I was four years old. When I was young and learned a fun activity, like skating, I would feel the need to teach it to others. Because of my love for teaching and my passion for sports, I've moved on to start my career as a fitness coach. 

I help my clients achieve all types of fitness goals: to increase strength, gain confidence, and overcome injuries, and/or lose weight. I teach HIIT cardio, boxing, kickboxing, boot camp classes, and body weight training. I also work with all age groups: senior citizens, inactive people, and people with injuries who need post rehabilitation. I love what I do and truly enjoy learning about my clients personal stories, all whilst helping them become better, healthier  version of themselves.
