About Preston
Hi! I'm Preston and I'd love to be your trainer. I've worked with a large variety of clientele over the years from collegiate D1 athletes to corporate electrical engineers to pregnant moms. I take a very science-based approach to fitness and will use any of the available research that is out there to make sure that your sessions are as effective as possible. Send me a message and let's get your fitness journey rolling!
My bookings and prices are for 30 minute sessions and as such, being 10 minutes late will be considered a 'no-show' and you will forfeit the session and be charged.
