I have over five years experience in weight lifting and strength training. I mostly focus on training for strength, weight-loss and functional fitness through one-on-one training. I deliver personal training programs and nutrition guidance designed to fit individual lifestyles and tailored to help clients reach their personal goals. I hold a certification for personal training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and train out of the newly renovated Get Fit Wellington which has proven to be a friendly, clean and profession environment to bring my clients to.
